Clinical Psychology Services

clinical psychology services

I view psychological functioning as a complicated interaction between our inner thoughts and feelings (conscious and unconscious) and the external environment. That environment may be family, spouse, school, work/organization or team. These internal and external factors contribute to what famous scientist Hans Selye referred to as the “Stress of Life.” To strengthen performance and your quality of life, five areas of functioning must be well developed: social relationships, intimate relationships, physical health, emotional health and spirituality through clinical psychology services.

For more than 35 years, I have provided clinical psychology services (assessment and treatment), which help individuals, couples, and families cope with:

  • Anxiety
  • Anger and intensity management
  • Depression
  • Pain and/or injury rehabilitation
  • Trauma
  • Adjustment to chronic and acute medical conditions
  • Underachievement
  • Sexual problems
  • Marital conflict
  • Family transitions (graduations, divorce, moves, job changes, death, step-family integration)
  • Chronic stress
